Sampling in China usually takes 3 days to 15 days depending on your product while development from scratch, involving design decisions, is a longer process.

FROM YOUR IDEA TO YOUR PRODUCTS ON SHELVES, HERE ARE THE THREE STEPS OF PRODUCTS' DEVELOPMENT
Depending on the status of your project and your actual needs, you may either work with us through the whole flow or use a single section only.
1- The initial meeting : here we will be listening to you about your plans and needs and set together the frame of your project
2- Design sketches : we will help you lay your idea on paper and validate the final output together
3- Prototyping : this is the production of mock-ups and prototypes to finalize the development
1- Initial meeting
The initial meeting includes hearing about the type of product you want, its applications, your target price and quantity, the general looks and feel of the product, your timing.
During this discussion, we will come up with first design directions about shape, size, materials, and colors.
This consultation is free of charge, it can be done either through video-conference or around a table.
Our intent is that at the end of this meeting you will have a better idea about how you could move forward with your project and can decide whether or not you want to move along this path with us.
To prepare this meeting, you will need to send us a short questionnaire duly filled in. This will help us to have a constructive and efficient first meeting.

2- DESIGN SKETCHES AND TECHNICAL SHEETS
Fee: US$200 to US$400 depending on your product
These documents follow up on the initial briefing and finalize your project on paper. They can be used to make a formal presentation or to initiate sampling.
They include:
On scale black and white technical drawings, following the exact sizing and showing all construction details necessary to the precise making of the actual sample. They show front and side views of the product as well as the back panel.
A color chart that shows selected colors and materials. This can be coming with materials swatches, reference pictures, sketches, etc.
Logo design service is available and chargeable separately.
Once you are satisfied with a final sketch and the choice of materials, we will move on to prototyping.
3- PROTotyping
Fee : US$80 – US$300 per style + sending cost of the sample to your destination.
Sampling costs will be partially refunded upon order for any order quantity above 500 pieces / style
We may move on to a second round of prototypes if changes are needed, fees are to be discussed depending on the changes to be applied.
With each set of prototypes, we will quote an updated bulk price to you so that you know where you go.
